About This Course
Estelle discusses the importance of having analog sounds in a track, in this session she looks at a work in progress track, that she has recorded a vocal on. She shows us creative processes for creating vocal effects and creating rich sounds.

1. Sampling a Vocal
Estelle discusses the importance of having analog sounds in a track, she plays back the track we will be looking at in this workshop, having recorded her own voice for the track, she creates a virtual instrument using Quick Sampler.
2. Arranging the Sample
Using Quick Sampler again, Estelle picks out new vocal chops to sample into this track, using tape delay feedback to create a continuous loop.
3. Arpeggiators & Pitching Samples
Estelle demonstrates how she makes her arpeggiators for this track, using TRK01 in Reaktor. She then explains quick ways to process samples in key, pitch and effect them.
4. Live Q&A
Estelle shares insights on using analog sounds, getting deep into Logic and more.

Estelle Rubio
Estelle Rubio is a producer, remixer, singer/songwriter and a certified Logic Pro trainer . Her style spans electronic genres such as House, Latin (from her roots) + Chill-Out with releases on labels Atlantic Jaxx, Saifam, Looper, Curve and Lounge Masters.
As an artist she has performed at London's 02, Carfest Festival, Atzaro Ibiza, Cuckoo Club, Green Meadows festival and Fashion Week Show, blending Bossa Beats and Latin House grooves with loop pedals, guitars and synths
