As a professional artist you need to work on so much more than just your technical ability. Through our courses, workshop, retreats and conferences, we supply musicians with the knowledge, tools and techniques to make a career in the music industry.
We have assembled a team of music industry experts to help build strong foundations and educate our members so they can flourish in this fast-paced, high demanding world we live in.
We are currently offering a full-time marketing internship to join our team in Ibiza to help our content output grow.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across every area of marketing business and help deliver the strategic vision for our future.
Responsibilities and Duties
As a Marketing Intern at DJ Growth Lab, you will:

Support the business with daily administrative tasks (e.g. website updates, content creation, social scheduling);

Develop content for different social media channels and help to build our social presence;

Assist with marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and online marketing);

Attend our workshops, retreats and events and create live stories and content with story-led narratives

Edit and repurpose our video content into chunks of video, audio and written content

Manage our weekly Podcast production & distribution in collaboration with our virtual team.
Qualification & Skills
You are an Ibiza resident;

Availability for 6-12 months starting in September 2019 (potential full-time role will be offered after)

Basic video editing skills will be requires and own camera & equipment would be a bonus

Able to travel the world with our founder and other team members and work weekends if needed

A highly motivated, collaborative team player

Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interest in technology and digital marketing

Fluent English is required
